Let me start by saying I LOVE FOOD and I love sharing my passion, knowledge and expertise with my clients. From a very early age, I learned the importance that food plays with our overall health and knew that I wanted to be a chef.
In the last 25 years, in addition to being a Personal Chef, I have taught culinary classes, managed large catering events, developed corporate recipes and assisted in corporate food styling. I am also a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, with an emphasis in nutrition and dietary eating strategies.
I pride myself on providing a truly individualized experience for my clients, whether I am cooking for an intimate private party, preparing daily meals with special dietary needs or teaching clients how to cook. I regularly develop healthy new recipes for my clients, including baked goods, and I frequently recreate family favorite recipes to make them healthier. My clients love this! Whatever their needs may be (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, low sodium, etc.), I am excited to be a part of their food journey!
As a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, with emphasis in dietary eating strategies, I am able to help my clients follow their prescribed therapeutic protocols and dietary eating strategies to meet their specific requirements.
Crafting recipes to accommodate my clients' ever-changing and various needs, continues to keep me at the forefront of dietary eating strategies and protocols. Being of a holistic nature myself, I also keep up with healthy clean eating practices.
