“I highly recommend Jan Craze as a personal chef for any event. Jan has prepared Christmas dinner in my home for our family and guests for several years. Now, it wouldn’t be Christmas without her! She makes & serves beautiful hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and the holiday dinner she prepares is delicious and perfect! And NO clean-up for me. I love it that she will use her recipes or prepare our family favorites with our recipes. Jan has such a great, cheery holiday spirit it is really a joy to have her. Also, Jan once prepared an on-request Italian dessert she had never seen or heard of-- a Torta della Nona-- as a surprise for someone who couldn’t get back to Italy for his traditional Italian birthday party. It was bellissima!”
